Lecture 2.2: Relational Model Basics

The learning objective of this lecture is to introduce students to the basic concepts of the relational data model. At the end of this lecture students should be able to write down the schema of a database, and mark the key attributes of each relation, and be able to compute some simple

statistics about the number of equivalent relations to a given relation.
